Working with condo associations to obtain required documentation for loans can often be a challenge. But every once in a while, you come across someone who takes genuine pride in their work — someone who’s professional, responsive, and delivers with the same level of care you strive to give your own clients. That was my recent experience with Charity. She made a typically difficult process smooth and efficient, and her professionalism truly stood out. After 2+ years of horrible communication and lack of expenses transparency, as out of state owners, we finally put an end to this "make work" management scheme. Negligible rental profit was realized from a home we sold for 475k. The $600 special order faucets were gone, cord of hardwood not replenished, appliances purchased under questionable means.
