I will say that the condo we lived in was great. Terrific starter home that was perfect for the time in our lives. The association however has been atrocious. Here we are 4 days from closing on our new house and we just find out that Advanced Property Management was too slow in getting our paperwork sent to our attorney. Since we were contingent on selling in order to purchase, we’re stuck. On top of this, there had been countless times something simple needed to be fixed on the main property that would take them days to get to. HOA fees increased $5-10 each year we were here for no good reason at all. You can tell how lazy these folks are when you call them. They’ll talk about how busy they are when nothing is getting done and they speak so calmly and act nonchalant over everything. If I
