Adrienne Townhomes And Apartments

Been living at the Adrienne Townhomes for the past 3 years and have had no issues. Sheri is always quick to reply if any issues arise and Mike is an amazing maintenance tech! Lawn is always attended to and clean. The area is quiet and neighbors are nice. Lovely place to live!

Great experience with the management team across multiple properties. Townhomes are well maintained and spacious.

Very strange there is only 1 or 5 star reviews for this property. My experience was not pleasant. There was a shooting in the first 6 months of living here. Someone drove down Vance one night and cleared a clip of 7 or so shots and I actually found one of the shells next to my car the following week. Don’t plan on going out to your back patio area if you don’t like cigarette smoke, both our neighbors were constant chain smokers and not sure if they smoked inside their homes but we actually had several instances where the smoke came in through the basement window as well as the central air. Smelt like people were smoking in the basement. There is a resident growing a pot plant next to the apartments next to the NW dumpsters. Sheri the property manager is very good and attentive to our needs. Mantainance is responsive and quick. I absolutely loved living here. The only reason I'm moving is because I bought a house, otherwise I would stay forever. Thank you Sheri and skyline for having very nice homes to live in!

We lived in one of the townhomes for 7 years and loved it! The only reason we moved is because we bought a home. The space was great, property was nice and well kept. Sheri, the manager, was always quick to respond and super helpful! No complaints, and would definitely recommend!
