Update: I have since emailed the reply I received, they let me know they reminded residents where to throw the trash away. Yet again avoiding the fact that one trash area is not enough for this size complex. If I could give 0 stars I would based on management alone. I have been living here since July 2025 and inside of my four walls I love the apartment, the maintenance staff is top tier and extremely helpful and friendly, however, the management, if you can even call that, leaves much to be desired. They claim we are a gated community however the only gate we have won’t open and the entrance seems to have once had a gate that was torn down. They also list our complex offering a sauna, a sauna which I might add has not worked once since I have lived here and after reaching out to manage

One of the worst places to live. Trash is literally overflowing. They have no functioning cameras. The leasing crew was unprofessional. The electricity in my apartment is wired terribly and it trips all the time. I also went months without any type of air conditioning because they didn’t order the correct parts to fix at least twice. They offered absolutely no solution to the wiring issue in my apartment btw. Some people that live there are just problematic and some even let their kids do whatever and talk however they want. Dogs poop everywhere and it’s never cleaned. Just stay away it’s nothing but issues living here!!

I recently moved here, August 2025 with my two daughters. I was promised a first floor apartment three bedrooms. The first day I moved in here in my apartment flooded. I called maintenance. They told me I should move into another apartment to the third floor. I have younger kids and they make a lot of noise. So we relocated to the third floor now I’m getting noise complaints every week. Why should my kids be quiet, knowing the fact that we’re on the third floor? This apartment complex is impossible to live here with a family. The complex is nice, but how can my family live here peacefully without getting noise complaints every week?

I’ve lived here for not even 3 months. There have been little things I’ve been trying to brush off, but THIS…. This is disgusting. There was an email sent out about a tenant who has a missing package, notices for mail carriers to bring the packages to the apartment doors. I had a package stuck in the locker and they placed it inside a different locked, did they tell me? No. I had to go back and check on my own. I had a previous tenants packages at my doorstep. I’ve been waiting on this new delivery and finally got notified it was delivered to the package locker room. I walk in to see not only MY PACKAGE CUT OPEN however other packages were open as well. This is completely unacceptable. I already know management is going to say “sorry that happened there’s nothing we can do, see your lease

I lived here from 8/23-3/25, and the apt complex is in a very convenient location with great access to White Oak shopping/food and grocery. Lots of stores and good I 40 access. That being said, there was a specific issue I had at move in that was due to the office messing up. It didn't inspire much confidence upon moving in, especially when the replacement unit had issues that needed to get fixed. That being said after the issues did get fixed, the apts are rather dark in the living room, but the kitchen was big with ample room. The parking can become an issue especially if coming back home late at night, often would have to park next building over. The trash was a constant problem with constant compactor overflow and it looking like Mt Everest almost daily. That being said the staff do c
