Addison South by Brookfield Residential

We love this neighborhood! It is diverse, friendly, active, and a great place to raise a family. The pool is fantastic, as well as the sidewalks and walking trails. People talk to one another, neighbors bring their dogs out to the green spaces, and my toddler actually has friends throughout the neighborhood.

I am currently in the build process with Brookfield for a property in Addison South. While we’ve had some bumps along the way, things have shaken out pretty well. We had expressed interest in a floorplan here, but they didn’t have any available at the time of interest. Colin, our sales rep, followed up with us to let us know that the floorplan we were interested in became available. This was two months after we originally toured the property, so we appreciated Colin remembering us and what we were interested in. Once we signed our contract we had an issue with our actual lot. I do repair work for Brookfield homes as well as 7 other of the local national builders. I find Brookfield Builders to be one on the top of the list when you consider quality and attention to detail. Great new community near Austin and close to the airport. Amazing amenity center and 2 nice pools.

Noise from the flea market nearly every weekend, developer turning it into a rental community and horrific crime. Do your homework.
