Addison Apartments

this apartment is quite haunted,from what a teen with blue hair, pigtails that had prosthetic mask and a tall, brown and long haired teen with a long shaped nose told me. apparently someone called Ms.Sanderson died here in the 1990s? oh yeah and there was this underground cult that you can access from one of the rooms. the teens told me their names, the brown haired one was called Larry Johnson and the blue haired one was called Sal Fisher. in 1999 while my sister was still living here, the teens both stopped living here? i think at least for sal, because apparently larry went missing or something. My sister moved out right before all the residents got killed. All i know is that the teens done ghost hunting,

Very quiet community. The staff is amazing, very helpful. Very clean. Great place to live. I absolutely enjoy living here. Definitely recommend it.

New property manger is TERRIBLE. Property is nothing like it was with the old manager. They’re never present. They don’t care about the tenants. They don’t email or let us know of anything. They only want your money. RUN!!!

The apartment complex is located close to downtown Dallas, good bus service. Very quiet unit. Not a lot of people running in and out. Nice people living there, not trashy and no drama. I give it a good rating.

I love this property and I know that this is the best property in my price range. Founders Square has been my home for almost a year now. The water and the electric is included in the rent price and they have laminate wood floors! Elvis is a helpful and an excellent maintenance and grounds keeper. Elvis is prompt and professional when doing his job and it can be something as simple as changing a light bulb or an air filter and you can always count on him. This is an older building and they have a separate washer and dryer with no connections but the renovations make up for it. It is just 5 minutes away from downtown Dallas and I love to take walk across the bridge in the afternoon to see the sun set with amazing views! The CVS, Dominos, Subway are also really helpful when trying to get a q
