Adara Alexander Place Apartments

I lived here between May 2024 and September 2025. The experience was superb and coming from someone in the industry, they did everything right. They enforce policies from the start but are always willing to help if they can, which really helps keep the place nice and enjoyable. I never had a service request that went unresolved after 24 hours. The office was very helpful, which made moving in sight unseen considerably easier. The apartment was turn-key ready at move-in too. All around a positive experience!

This is truly resort style living at a price point within Reason. The staff does a wonderful job of taking care of and cleaning the apartment common areas. They are always planning the next event or gathering. It truly is a very nice and conveniently located place to live

I’ve lived here for 2 years, and the pet waste situation is unacceptable. The pet park is frequently closed due to excessive waste, yet there are no designated areas for dogs to relieve themselves. One resident allows their dog to go in other tenant yard. When reported, office agent Madison responded dismissively, saying, “You don’t have a yard.” Community Manager Jaid was also made aware and stated, “Dogs are allowed to go anywhere there’s grass”—which includes right outside ground-floor units. There are plenty of grassy areas that could be designated pet zones, but instead, residents are left dealing with the smell of urine around the buildings. If you looking for a location that is close to everything in Brier Creek, look no further. A short walk to shops; Ale House, Wild Wings and many more restaurants. My wife and I are here for a year while our home is being built and have not lived in an apartment complex in years. This place is amazing. The staff is fantastic and very dog friendly. There is a dog park and place to wash your dog. Amazing pool and two story clubhouse, no smoking in the entire complex, which I like, inside and out clean and fresh and residences are really nice and friendly. I honestly can't say enough about Adara and it's staff.

Madison is rude and unprofessional. Such a shame because it really is a nice property and maintenance takes great care of the community. I've never interacted with the PM unless she is scolding someone about something. Needs new office staff asap.
