We never lost power for more than a flicker AND NEVER experienced any type of flooding anywhere locally to us; Including inside our neighborhood and near/along the lake! Also, It was wonderful to live in such a structurally sound home! I honestly did not hear Hurricane Helene or Hurricane Milton outside our home! It was very peaceful inside. About our Adams Home, I am in love with my floor plan and the perfectly placed electrical outlets! Chefs kiss! This home fits my young family very well. Very thought out floor plans to fit every family! High end details and upgrades inside! This community is very well rounded with residents. Clubhouse is growing as more residents move in. I highly recommend talking with Susan at the front. She is very informative and can give a tour of it all.

Susan Gonzales is an absolute dream to work with. I love how our home turned out. Our neighbors are the nicest people. I love living here!
