Joann De Rosa is AMAZING! She was so helpful and by far the best agent. She believes in what she sells and she truly cares about people and helping them find their dream home. I was very hesitant about signing the contract, but through dealing with Joann, I felt like I could trust her, I could tell she genuinely cared. I recommend reaching out to Joann if you are looking for an Adams Home, she will guide you every step and will go above and beyond to help you reach your goals. She cares more about people and doing the right thing, I pray more agents like Joann rise up. I bought a new Adams Home Construction, and Im thrilled! Please reconsider purchasing a home built by Adams Homes, or at the very least, make sure you obtain your own independent appraisal from an appraiser who has no affiliation with the builder. I closed on my brand-new home on January 30, 2026. During my final walkthrough with Rick, the superintendent, I tested the range by turning it on, but I did not test the oven. I was encouraged multiple times during the walkthrough to be sure to call Whirlpool after closing to register the appliance warranties. After moving in on January 31, I used the oven for the first time on February 3 to prepare a seafood broil. I preheated the oven to 350 degrees. Once it reached temperature, it beeped and displayed an error code: ERR / EO / F3. After researching the code, I learned it may indicate faulty wiring.

Make sure you read your contracts fully and never listen to the assurances that the agent gives you. Our agent told us that not only could we get approval through their lenders (which we did, but with terms that we couldn't afford), but if we didn't buy a home we would get our $1,000 deposit back. Neither happened, and once the agent saw we would not be able to buy, cut all contact. Don't trust them if you have less than stellar credit.

Referred a client to this builder. After the house was built and we were set to close, we were notified sale was canceled. The office was completely unprofessional and gave no explanation as to why. After the client constantly had to reach out we were then advised they built the home in the wrong area. Client waited well over a year to get this property. To make things worse, instead of offering her a home at the contracted price they wanted to offer her another home for almost $100K more. I have never met such an incompetent builder who can build in the wrong area and not realize. They have poor communication skills in that office and lack serious professionalism. They dragged out the process instead of being upfront of the mistake and chose to take no responsibility for their mistake. I
