Adams Homes | St. Johns Preserve

I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Adam Homes to think twice. My experience with their so-called “warranty” has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I submitted a request to repair a dip in the floor in the master bedroom. After about a month, they finally sent someone to inspect the issue. He told me that the carpet needed to be removed in order to properly inspect and fix the problem. After several emails and more than three months since that inspection, they sent another person to look at it. When he arrived, he said he could not remove the carpet or properly inspect the issue because they had not arranged for anyone to reinstall the carpet afterward. He told me he would contact his manager to coordinate the work. It has now been over a month since that visit,
