Very terrible service. The warranty people never answer you. They give you fake warranty and will use every excuse not to do anything. The builder caused major water leak and did not want to fix it. I called the warranty people multiple times as well as the superintendent in the Sunset community and they kept ignoring. I had other issues with my home in Pine Bluff community and they never came to fix it. I do not recommend those people.

We had a mixup with the paperwork. But the agents handled everything well and professional and even though the fault was ours. Would highly recommend.

Excellent people to do business with. We have bought 1 home and now we need to expand and are looking for a larger home built by Adam’s Homes.

DON’T even THINK about buying a house from Adams. He is outdated in everything he puts in his homes. Never stands behind his work and hires worst cheap labor. Run away.
