What Adams Homes did to us should be against the law. We signed the contract 1/10/21 to have our first home built by Adams Homes. We were beyond excited to pick out all of our upgrades and get started with the process. We knew there would be delays due to everything going on in the world and quoted about a year by Adams Homes. We didn’t want to wait that long but were patient and understanding. Just last month… November, we finally got word they were going to start building, the lot had been cleared since July. They installed the form board and started the plumbing and were scheduled to pour the slab next week, December 13th. That’s when we got the call that Adams Homes was pulling our contract.
