We purchased an Adams Home in Cameron, NC and have had issues since day 1. We can’t get responses from anyone to help with issues we are having with our home that is less than a year old. We have walls that are bowed, missing pieces of trim, broken supports, and now a sink hole in our back yard. The email contact is rude and unprofessional. It takes an average of 10 days to get a response. If you want a quality home with great customer service look else where. You won’t be able to find your dream home here. We purchased in September and have yet to go a month without issues.

My family had a great experience with Adams Homes! The customer service from their rep Albert Tsakanikas was outstanding and really turn key. He answered all of our questions while going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the best decision for our family. I highly recommend!!

Where do we start? When our home inspector, which the site foreman said we didn’t need, checked over the house, we discovered a truss in the attic needed repaired prior to closing. The site foreman tried arguing it wasn’t an issue that needed corrected. When we required proof from the engineer it all of the sudden needed fixed. They also tried saying that they would not need to correct the severely bowed wall in the Master closet. We had to argue several times prior to closing to get it corrected. At closing, we learned the site manager, Marty, also FORGED my wife’s signature on the zero walkthrough checklist. Adams homes said it would be addressed with him. Marty later told us he was simply moved to another site while a new site manager told a neighbor he was fired and another neighbor h

BUYERS BEWARE We had them build our home. It was supposed to be done in 9 months but ended up being 15 months.After we moved in, the quality of the work was poor at best. The day after we moved in, they came and gutted our master bathroom without us even knowing. Then the next day our we found out the main line to our septic wasn't connected. 2 days later out hvac blew. After talking to all of our neighbors, they all went through similar problems and some even worse. All we got from the grneral manager was Im sorry. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM ADAMS HOME, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
