I would not buy another Adams Home. I have filed several complaints regarding the undersized a/c unit installed. Nick with the warranty department only acknowledges my complaints by stating the operations manager has been informed. Cool House HVAC did a complete J manual evaluation on the system and confirmed the ac unit is undersized and provided Adams Homes the report.
