BUYER BEWARE!! OCALA CROSSING! This company is nothing but LIARS! From the shady sales team, to the useless, incompetent mortgage lender, straight down to their phony “ever so sweet” closing supervisor AL. He will beg and pressure you to sign off on your final punch list even when things are clearly NOT DONE, promising he’ll “come back” and finish the job. GUESS WHAT? He never does and blames the subcontractors!! Because once you sign, you’re stuck, and he walks away with a BONUS while you’re left with the mess. This is a dirty game, and homeowners end up screwed. Don’t fall for their tricks. Once they get your signature, you’re on your own. DO NOT SIGN A PUNCH LIST UNLESS EVERYTHING IS 100% DONE. AND USE YOUR OWN BANK LENDER!! Their mortgage lender is a grossly incompetent!

UPDATE: was told by warranty dept adams does not guarantee water quality just that there will be water. How rediculous! First two weeks after move in water is still coming out dark brown was told by warranty dept to run a hose from the well for a few hours and it will clear out. The water is coming from the well and hose clear so it is obviously a problem with the plumbing inside the house. They also said its normal for water to have a color im sorry but no sane person would be comfortable bathing in muddy water. Contacted plumber on the contractor list and was told they need a direct order from adams to even come out. I am a first time home buyer and this is truly making the experience a nightmare. Nice amenities inside, but houses are too close together and too pricey. Time to move out of Ocala because the town is turning into an overcrowded Orlando. Apparently, the respondent was not too happy with what I said. The homes, again, are too pricey and too close together. I live on a quarter of an acre in Heathbrook Hills and compared to the homes I visited, I felt claustrophobic. Hope the representative of the homes I visited agrees.

The homes are beautiful but be careful. They will find loopholes with the warranty. I followed what the website said but they refuse to help with an electrical problem.

Unsuccessful in making a connection hopefully more positive on my fifth attempt.. This company came highly recommended to me that's why I will make another attempt... so far I am still awaiting the promised email..
