From start to finish JR has made the home buying process very easy. It was my first time buying a home and I knew absolutely nothing, so he made sure to walk me through each step. I can’t thank him and the Adams Homes team enough for making this an easy and seamless experience.

I wonder how much radiation is coming up out of the ground. Like other places in Polk, Hardee county and other counties. People building and living on reclaimed land that was mined and used for trash disposal that has high radiation.

JR and the Adam’s team has been amazing. They are always willing to help and make sure you are put first. JR made buying my home stress free and I couldn’t ask for a better person. Thank you Adam’s home for my amazing house.

Cadence Crossing is conveniently located to get anywhere in Lakeland, Auburndale, and WinterHaven in only a few minutes. The community is still under construction but well maintained with well built homes! Thank you JR!
