Beautiful community, suffers from growing pains with an HOA and ARC that are at odds with one another making things run very poorly...we gave up a lot because we could not get answers to build our house. Be VERY careful, get covenants and read them BEFORE putting a deposit down on a lot...not our first rodeo but these adults on the HOA and ARC act like spoiled children.
