Do Not BUY Property from this house flipper . RUN WHEN YOU SEE THEIR NAMES. We bought a house in Clairemont San Diego in July 2024 from them.They use the cheapest quality materials to renovate the properties they are selling.Their only goal is profit ,they don't care about people. The agent who was a listing agent told us they are not good people.Th3y refused to fix most of the stuff in the house after inspection.They are not honest and they lied and told us they have another offer. They did not disclose that next door neighbor house is an AirB&B. We have been going through hell with this AirB&B.The owner of the AirB&B told us that she walked to one their open houses and told the agent that her house is AirB&B. The agent name is Angel Garcia.He did not bother to let anybody know the next

So happy that I trusted Acropolis Development with my first home purchase. Their staff was knowledgeable, quick, responsive, and took care of every little detail. There was a bidding war for the house and we came out on top because they were able to connect with the seller and make my offer stand out. I thought that this process was going to be very stressful, and because of the communication, and explanation of expectations early on, I found it seamless.
