Just closed on a property that Ackerman & Co had for sale and i represented the buyer. At first, negotiations were strong between them and us, but we finally reached an understanding and they worked with us to obtain the financing and get to the closing table. I would do business with Ackerman & Co again for sure.. Thanks to Davis, Chris and Harris.

Contacted for business lease opportunity and contact was extremely off putting! Wouldn't even let me explain what I wanted to do before telling me Lee and White was uninterested. I was like excuse me can I even speak. Once I was able to get it out, I was told my concept was already coming to the location. Well, 1. thanks for making me chase you down for months and then returning my call after. Maybe I would have gotten in there and 2. so my concept was worthy after all and you didn't even want to hear it.

Daniel Yi represented us in selling a commercial property. I will give me credit for finding a buyer, but after that he was no help at all. It became obvious early on that he was interested in only 1 thing; collecting the commission. Because of this unfortunate situation, I would never do business with Ackerman & Co. again.

Reached out for several weeks and emailed about a property no answer. I had to call the office to let them know I'm not getting and answer. After taken my information I was texted the property was leased but why Ackerman&Co do you still have the sign advertising that it’s up for lease? Very unprofessional to not try and see what is the prospect needs in order to match them with other properties you have.
