Acero North Valley Apartments

I have been working directly with Jason and he has made the transition from a difficult move to a friendly and supportive environment. He has helped me through the process of applying and getting approved to move into my new home. Yesterday, he showed me around the property and introduced me around the Acero community. Today, I had an issue getting my financials downloaded and I dropped into the office without notice and Mark remembered me from yesterday and told me that Jason would be right back to help me and they would get my paperwork uploaded for me. Jason and Mark are working hard to get me through the required paperwork to get into my new apartment as soon as possible! I can’t wait, since I already feel at home in this community.

I lived here for about 18 months and honestly would've stayed longer if I weren't relocating for work. The units themselves are great. Mine was spacious with a large patio and impressive amount of storage - pantry space, cabinets, supply, utility closet. Covered assigned parking, and plenty of guest parking spaces as well. The amenities were great too. The pool and jacuzzi layouts are well-designed. The space feels open and thoughtfully planned - large enough for multiple families or residents to hang out comfortably while still feeling semi-private if you want your own space. The gym is spacious and better equipped than most apartment gyms. And the landscaping, greenery, and if you have kids, the jungle gym adds to the overall atmosphere. The location is also a big plus. Jason was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely sweet. His calm and pleasant aura made me feel instantly welcomed which means so much when you’re new to the area and the community. He made my move-in process quick, smooth, and completely complication-free. Everything was handled in such a timely manner that I honestly forgot we’re in the middle of retrograde season and anyone who knows me knows that says a lot! I’m so grateful for the experience and for Jason’s kindness, patience, and professionalism. Acero is lucky to have him! 🌿✨

Just recently moved here and absolutely love it here. Had no issues moving in and the staff there are amazing. Every question I had and any doubts Mark and Jason were there the whole time. The amenities are top notch and very modern.

This apartment complex is the best! From the minute I walked in the office both of the leasing agents took excellent care of us. I rented a two bedroom and my daughter a one bedroom apartment. The amenities are absolutely beautiful! I put in a maintenance request and it was attended to the following morning. I had a difficult time choosing an apartment complex and spent weeks shopping. This is THE ONE, no regrets whatsoever. Jason and Raul made it happen effortlessly, thank you gentlemen ❤️
