Acero at Algodon Center Apartments

Counting down the days until my lease is up. Thank you Adiana for that voicemail which encouraged me to share my experience over the last almost 5 years! I have lived at this community for several years, and unfortunately the overall living experience has declined significantly in last 1.5-2 years. The primary issue is the noticeable drop in the level of integrity and respect among residents. Rules and regulations are frequently violated, often with complete disregard for community standards. Dogs roaming and pooping inside the pool area, bulk trash constantly being dumped by the trash compactor which I’ve seen homeless rummaging through. There’s someone who runs some sort of auto repair shop out of a rented garage so there’s constantly different people/cars coming through who don’t live

I love that they have seasonal events, they are super fun and very relaxing. It’s also a great way to get to know your neighbors and they have an amazing team of staffs members. Adiana is always so kind and very helpful, she interacts with all guests every time and is very welcoming. Thank you adiana and acero team. I appreciate your guys hard work 🫶🏻

A very beautiful, pleasant, clean apartment complex that's always having fun events for the residents. With staff that's been helpful since day 1, and always responds to any questions and concerns right away! Since relocating from Cali they've made me and my family feel like we're home!!!!

I lived here for 2 years and I love it here. I would have honestly given it a lower rating due to a previous manager but Ricky, Adiana, and the guy with the dark hair (Mark?) has been completely amazing. The maintenance crew will go above and beyond to make sure your maintenance request is done as quickly as they can get to you. The clubhouse events is awesome and fun!!! The pool party was so much fun with great prizes and great food. The food trucks and ice cream truck will always come by. The dog park could definitely use some work. The noise at night could be annoying (loud motorcycles, people screaming, allowing their dogs to park nonstop) but overall I would definitely recommend living here. The neighbors in this community is like family to me. Please give this place a try.

I have lived here for a year and a half and just renewed my lease. We have had a great experience living here. Maintenance is always quick to respond to our work orders, the office staff are always helpful and professional. Me and my family enjoy living here
