Paul Gerace is a professional of the highest caliber. At one point we had 14 properties not only managed by Paul, but he served as our purchasing agent as well. He is multi talented to say the least. Not only did he help us locate and assess the viability of income properties, but he quickly had them rented out with qualified tenants.
