If I could give them any rating 1 star is a lot for this con, charging twice to come out and appraise the house, my honest review I will NOT recommend hiring these people to anyone, do some research on who you are hiring.

I just had to move the closing date on my house back because your appraiser couldn’t get it together and do his job in a sufficient amount of time. Literally the only reason why we couldn’t close on time is because of this appraisal. It’s been three weeks. That’s more than enough time. Do not recommend using this service, they don’t value your time.

We are trying to close on a house quickly so my husband put in for the appraisal asap on May 23rd. Once he put in for it they said the turn around would 5 to 7 days later for the process to be complete but here we are on day 12 and they havent even submitted the report after the appraisal being completed yesterday morning. Our lawyer had to file an extension because these idiots can't plug a few numbers and comments into a formula on the computer!! Unfortunately folks, it's all random which company you get to do your appraisal so you're out of luck with this company!!

I would advise you to steer clear of this company. They did an appraisal for one of my clients and it came back low. Not a big deal, it happens. But when you read the report you can begin to see the issues. The appraiser made incorrect statements about the home then when we pointed them out and asked for a correction they simply ignored the issue. This failure cost my client more money than they needed to spend. Feel free to call me if you want more information

Well I couldn't find any reviews on this company, so I'm keeping my promise to Brian Jaeger (a nice loan officer) that I wouls be the first to review them with whatever happens. BEWARE!! Loanwise/accusured from what I can gather is a VERY young company. I still decided to give them a try since their rate vs cost were good. BIG Mistake. Appraiser Jason Webster, called and was able to come out the following day or 2 whenever was good. Strange considering how backed up appraisers are these days. Appraiser showed up was very quick in and out. Then we waited for the report and waited. Appraiser had family emergency I was told. Finally 5 days after it was due it comes in. Way out of wack. Appraiser used 2 exact comps from an appraisal we just had done 4 months prior to his. His was $13
