I have used this company for over 25 years. Even when I need client advice or when there are numerous heirs involved in a transaction, they are willing to help me to resolve issues. The closing service that I have received over the years has been impeccable, no matter how complicated the legal matters are. Experience matters so I would definitely recommend Accent Title.

The day of closing (we thought) went smoothly. Professional work environment, paperwork seemingly in order, friendly staff. However, almost three weeks after the sale of our property I received a phone call from our mortgage company stating that "we were late" on that month's loan payment. After investigating, I learned that Accent Title sent the payoff amount to a different mortgage company that went by the same name. When I spoke with Accent Title, the receptionist was very helpful and did her best to put me in touch with someone to correct the mistake. I am a bit disappointed that a detail this huge was overlooked by the business. Hoping this mix up on their end doesn't affect our credit score.

We are selling multiple rental houses and my experience with Accent Title was far below that of the other title companies I have done business. The closing manager was very slow to contact me to verify information and gather the necessary information. My realtor had to reach out multiple times. I am an agent for the company that owned the property and signed on behalf of the company. I was very clear with her on the phone that this was the situation and that I was listed as an agent with the state and have a Power of Attorney. She first told me that the owner's name was not good enough and that I needed to provide a different name even though that was the legal name of the owner and the only name associated with the company besides my own as an agent. Worst title company I’ve ever been to. With the hundreds of other title company’s out there, save yourself the headache and go there. Never in my life had a business make a mistake and blame it directly on the customer for their wrong doing. Short $3900 for my payoff because they didn’t look at the updated numbers they the mortgage company sent them. The lawyer, Ben, is super unprofessional, lazy, and a coward. No apologies from him nor did he want to meet to discuss the mistake… just threaten lawsuit that’s all he did. He also loves to text (kept those messages). Horrible company. Horrible lawyer,
