Accent on Decatur Apartments

It's wonderful. Chris Cole is such a gentle soul. She's like a grandma for us. She drove us on the Golf cart to tour the apartment. And reassured that we would come back to her and it became true. She's easy going and caring. So is Danielle. What a soft-spoken soul. I love them both. I am sure behind them is a good manager too. The apartment we got is amazing with so much sunlight and affordable price. The application process is easy. We only spent 3 days waiting for it to pass and move in. It's an easy sail. We landed from San Francisco to here to start a new life with my new-born. They have offered great help and it's a clean community. Very spacious compared to others surrounding it.

I had the great pleasure of working with Chris Cole when I was considering the Accent on Decatur Apartment Homes. She was absolutely fantastic! She addressed all of my questions and very genuinely wanted to ensure the property was the right fit for me. She was very communicative and got back to me promptly with any questions I had. She even made herself available to give my son an on-site tour since I'm moving from out of state and couldn't be there in person. The only reason I didn't choose this property was because I really needed something with a little better proximity to my job. She did an outstanding job! 5 Stars for sure!

Besides the tranquility of the place, what I love most is the pool, it is always clean and the water is crystal clear. Every day I take a dip in the pool is my daily ritual Very pleasant

EDIT 3/5/26 I find it funny how the company response to my review contains straight up lies. The hammocks were replaced last year and were very quickly trashed and stolen by homeless people. The tile on the grills have been missing for over 6months at this point so it seems like you “exploring replacement options” is just like when you were hunting around for the cheapest fire extinguishers until the fire marshal got involved. The concrete tables in the grill area are also falling apart which makes them dangerous. I’m glad you gave the laundry room a facelift but that doesn’t address any of the actual issues in it. The maintenance worker you claim you fired needs to be served a restraining order then because I see him most mornings picking up trash around the complex, he has a very bad hab

I want to give a huge shoutout to Chris in the office for her hard work and prompt communication!! Moving is never an easy process but she helped make everything so seamless and easy to understand, especially for my first time renting an apartment here in Vegas! She answered and clarified every question I had and always did it with a friendly and positive attitude. Appreciate you so much 😊
