Accent Berkeley Place

I recently moved into this apartment community, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The move-in process was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free, which I truly appreciated during a busy transition. I especially want to recognize the leasing consultants, Olivia and Kayla, who were outstanding throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful—always willing to answer questions, provide clear guidance, and ensure everything was handled efficiently. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made a big difference and made me feel genuinely welcomed into the community. I had a delightful tour of the property with Kayla. She was very pleasant and super knowledgeable about the neighborhood. The grounds are beautiful. The complex has well kept amenities. The gym was possibly my favorite for being more than just exercise bikes. The aprtment was a little small for me tastes but has a great layout with modern fixtures that create a great feeling of comfort. This is definitely a new home contender.

I have only been a resident here since August 2025 but I have had a great, smooth experience! From applying to move in, the leasing office has been very communicative and helpful. They are always willing to answer questions and offer help when needed. The community is always clean and mostly quiet. There have also been some great community events as well. I also love that they include our pets by hosting various contests and events. I think that I will continue to enjoy my time here!

Me and my boyfriend moved here back in july of 2025. Ever since we moved here, the leasing office/maintenance workers/residents have been nothing but warm and welcoming. If we have any questions or assistance the are always eager to accommodate and help out. Maintenance is amazing, so polite quick and they do the job RIGHT! We love it here and look forward to living here for the years to come!
