Acapella Senior Apartments

I have lived at Acapella on Mohave since 11/23/19. I absolutely fell in love with my apartment and the building! The last couple of years things here have been horrible! But after our incident on Labor Day I no longer feel safe or protected. Management here is at an all time low. When a homeless person tries to break into one of our apartments TWICE we cannot feel safe. Our manager made a comment in the office one day saying “these people complain too much”???? A group of residents have contacted all of the news stations, our county commissioner, and an attorney. The problems here are too many to list on a review. Instead of having picnics, bonuses, new buildings, and trips to Hawaii why doesn’t Ovation spend the time and money restoring us to our former beauty?

Our time as tenant's in this apartment complex has been positive, thanks in large part to the efforts and dedication of Patrica, Patrica consistently displays a high level of professionalism and efficiency throughout our tenancy. One of her standout qualities is her excellent communication skills. She's always prompt in responding whether it be through email, phone calls, or in-person conversations. Been a resident since 2018, I had a encouraging and positive decision with Acapella Management concerning Maintenance and Security issues. I would like them to update their decision on two maintenances issues: My buckling floor and replacing old Washer connector and use my new connector

I just called this property with a ton of questions, as my husband and I are newly retired, and need a place that we can afford, that is clean and safe. I spoke with Keke. She was exceptional with her knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. She didn't make me feel rushed with all of my inquiries at all. She is a wonderful representation of Acapella Apartments. First impression is everything! We hope to be living there in the near future. Thank you again Keke!!

So far we are loving it we've been here since Saturday it's been awesome I'm even getting some sleep at night which is really good. Kevin was just here and shampooed the carpet in the bedroom did a very good job he was very courteous and pleasant I really feel comfortable here I feel like I'm at home finally after years of living in a studio
