Acadian Crossing Apartments

I have come down to Lafayette from Pennsylvania hoping to find an apartment and maybe a little bit of work and plan to move here. For two weeks we tried to talk to landlords and places that were for rent and had a difficult time with it. Arcadia Crossing contacted us and ask if we wanted to come take a look at some of their apartments and found the staff there and the facility to be excellent and we were going back on Wednesday to hopefully sign a lease agreement and move in. What a blessing they were to us.

I've been here over 2yrs now and this place is HOME. Residents as well as staff are wonderful. Ashley & Catherine hold events for all of us every few months and my fur baby LOVES the dog park. My favorite part about this whole place though is how pretty it is at night!!! Everything is just all cutesy and lit up <3

I’ve live at AC for almost 3 months. Great leasing staff, both Ashley and Katherine rocks! I’ve met some super cool residents as well, some I’ll be long life friends with. If you need a safe affordable place to stay that is in a great location, come check out AC 😎

Our community is quiet, very clean and absolutely love living here. Shawn is such a hard worker! If there are any issues,he will be sure it’s corrected- I can’t say enough about living here. The staff and security guard is just as amazing! We have all we need here- a pool,plenty of sunshine,vending machines,workout room,computers and so much more! The only thing I would say needs attention is more benches for residents,a children’s park and an area for handicap residents to enjoy.

Before they respond and say they have no record of me being a tenant, this is a burner account. i’ll start by saying notice how they don’t respond to any of the negative comments with real issues, but instead only respond to absolutely irrelevant negative comments and positive comments. I’ll start by saying 3/4 of the “amenities” your so say paying for are bs. this place is not gated for most of the time i lived there. gate always broken. same with the dog park. fake computers. disgusting and over priced laundry room. only one entrance that will flood after 30 min of rain. and the biggest thing of them all is the roaches. 80% of every tenant i’ve met and spoke with have a serious infestation. when i first moved there they sprayed the whole place inside and out at least every two months. t
