Academy Square Apartments

I lived here for two years while attending SUU and it was great. I also lived at Windsor, where I had a very positive experience with the management (the same couple manages Academy Square & Windsor) while dealing with a roommate issue that was handled very gracefully. Academy Square is great though it’s getting more expensive. For Fall 2024-Spring 2025 I paid $1,800 in rent for the full semester, which is probably among the cheapest rent in Cedar. The utilities were not included but were super cheap - about $15-20 per month per person with four people in the apartment. The parking lot never filled up, the distance to campus is about a 20 minute walk or a three minute drive or a five minute bike ride (downhill!), there’s a covered bike rack area, WiFi is included, there is LOTS of pantry

Pretty good apartments all things considered. Fully furnished, spacious apartment. Only complaints are the carpet/kitchen, which are functional but old and damaged. The wifi/power also cuts out regularly, but for the price it's hard to beat.

My favorite apartments i’ve ever lived in. Very spacious for a college apartment. The room had a big closet, dresser, and enough room to put your own desk. My only complaint is that the wifi was pretty bad. Couldn’t even think of playing COD or another PVP game without lag. Other then that I would 10/10 live there again if I still lived in Cedar.

Great apartments. No hassle with overly excessive cleaning checks. Management no longer lives on site. Neighbors are fairly quiet. Tons of parking.
