Academy Lofts at Adair Park

I got charged $2 per second for my parking. I had to pay $3400. I only had $2000 on me, so I also had to give them my dog.

They just want your application money and I'm pretty sure they're either selling or scamming with your information. Do NOT waste your time applying here. I repeat THIS is a RENTAL SCAM. They collect your info and then pretend like something from your app is missing or wasn't sent properly and you need to come in and bring it BEFORE you are approved. When you get there they pretend like the unit you originally applied for isn't available anymore but they can hold the next available unit for a $300 or more fee. This is how they make their money. You will NOT hear from them again and by the time you do you will have found somewhere else. STAY. AWAY.

I love the pics online & interesting in renting for my office space but I REFUSE to pay to apply without being able to see a unit in person! This is how properties are stealing people's money. The virtual tours only give/tell you so much. I can't blindly apply for anything nor afford to just throw money away.

WOW.....I just looked at all the pictures and am absolutely amazed. I went to grammar school there in kindergarden through 7th grade, from 1947 to 1954, when it was Adair Grammar School. In 1960 when I was 18 years old, I voted in my first presidential election in the auditorium there. When I was a kid, my friends and I used to spend a lot of time playing in Adair Park across the street. My family moved to Cobb County in 1960 and I live there now, but I have driven by there many times just for memories sake. A few years ago when I drove by and saw all the construction equipment outside I thought they were going to demolish the building. But now that I've seen these pictures I know that didn't happen. Thank you to all who posted the pictures.

Applied here a month ago. Haven’t heard anything back which makes me think they don’t have availability but will still take your money. I’ve had to call about every two weeks to get some sort of update on my application and still no concrete answer on if I will be approved or not. They do answer the phone and are courteous BUT it shouldn’t take this long.
