Academy at Waterford Lakes

I wanted to leave this review because I stopped by the office today to get information about availability and Marisol was such a sweet heart. She gave me the information I needed to hopefully plan to live in this community soon. She is a keeper. Beautiful property.

Definitely, Kiara, Marisol, and the entire maintenance personnel are highly professional and perform a wonderful job. I recently moved here, and Kiara and maintenance have immediately resolved all of my issues. Maintenance is amazing here, and I fully recommend this property. They keep this property peaceful and well cared for. I enjoy living here. -Marimar F

Very happy living here, for the most part it's quiet. despite the changes in managers they have been able to fix things in my apartment when needed. Rent has gone up which is unfortunate but so is everything else. Maintenance always communicates with me when I have issues and fixes my appliances when they are damaged or replaced them. I wish there was security though because younger people are moving in there has been more things happening in the community that needs to be controlled or handled. Otherwise great location and overall great manager. Lilian has been Super sweet and caring to me.

I have a love and hate relationship toward these apartments because obviously at the beginning is beautiful and new this new that, but once years keep passing by nothing is same even though I tried telling them to change my carpets for so long and they just give me excuses of “we need to get permission” or “we need to do an evaluation” and it’s fine that’s not the problem. The problem is that they keep my hopes up to the max that they actually listen to me but nothing comes to a conclusion. I’ve asked them many times, I’ve sent them pictures of the carpet being ditaching from the frown and bumps, the staples coming off. I have children’s in my home and we walking barefoot all over the carpet. I don’t know what to do to get them to listen to me. I love the neighborhood of how quiet it is an

I been living here for 13 years and we never had a manager soo mean, they never answer the phone and if she do it it’s with bad attitude and I been telling them for months that my fan it’s broken it move to the sides and one mainest saw it both they still haven’t come and in one bathroom there’s mold and they say they have to fix that fast and they haven’t came yet , and in the website it’s said that they have a gate and it’s not true because it’s broken and one time a guy from the street came and police was behind him but he enter to the complex and he had a gun and there was police everywhere because he run away , and I show her the picture and she said that they live it like that because every time it broke , the should buy a good one then
