If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. If you’re a landlord looking to use these guys, save your tenants the headache. My landlord used these people and they are terrible. When we first arrived after driving all day, they didn’t even know the garage code or the code to the lock on the door containing the keys to the house. We weren’t able to get into contact with the manager at all. After hours of frustration we guessed the garage code as 1234. They couldn’t even tell us which mailbox was ours. We had to test all of them until 1 worked. They would take 3 months to get someone to come fix anything. Honestly I wish I could rate no stars . This management company does not care about your family’s HEALTH. You would think that before they rent a house out they make sure it’s in a livable condition. The house I rented through this company was FULL OF BLACK MOLD . When we informed them that we found it they took their SWEET TIME in coming to inspect the property . It was well over 7 days before they stepped foot in the house to see . But they sent a handyman contractor to see about the black mold., which isnt even legal. mold needs to be assessed by a certified mold specialist. But they “tested” the mold . Doing our own research we decided to see what the mold was ourselves and hired a mold inspector 2,500$ cost out of pocket that was not reimbursed to see and we were informed that it was

Been with Absolute for 5 years now! Any Issues I've had have been resolved in a timely manner their portal is there for your convenience to use. The staff is very helpful when it comes to replying to any of your homes needs. I would recommend Absolute anytime cause they are Absolutely the Best!

I'd have given negative stars if I couldve. A week ago, my severely disabled Mother found this listing and decided to take the rental. My brother and I have borrowed the money for her security deposit, which was over $700. We had all the utilities put into her name, and even bought the Tennant rental insurance. Her move in date was set at March 19. And we paid over $300 for the prorated rent to begin March 19th. Today is only March 14th, our Mother is in ICU and will be going to a nursing home due to someone attempting her life. This rental company has stated that the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE, which is NOT a true statement. They are also refusing to return the rent money even though we are 5 days away from the move in date and the rent was not even due until that day. After being confront
