Abrams Hall Senior Apartments

Hello, I visited the website and it appeared to be a nice place for senior living. I scheduled a in-person tour via their website. I arrived 15 min early and was met by a young woman in the rental office with a kurt attitude saying I wasn't on her calendar. After waiting 10 min, she comes out of her office with a different attitude and was apologetic, but also full of excuses for not being aware. As we proceed in conversation, I learn that the website has not been updated with the new income criteria which now requires potential senior residents to have a income of $42k vs. making UP TO $42k. Big difference. Also, all residents pay a rate of $1400+ per month (which includes utilities), it is no longer based on your income because it is a tax credit property. Supposedly these require

So sick of the robotic answers property management gives when someone write a negative review about this property. Reaching out to those who live there should be a given and not be prompted only by negative reviews. Where seniors live, there should be security and access to loved ones without having to summon the National Guard. Isn't the facility that house homeless Vets in close proximity to the facility where Seniors live. Security is imperative!!!

Great place for seniors, but when they get in there...there is NO security. Even before Covid. Its beyond me, why a security guard or staff member is NEVER in the office when you need them. Our Parents are there and they still DO NOT provide any kind of security in or outside of the building.

Sorry i moved here. No security. Charging $75 for parking a month. No place for guests to park. Water and lights get cut off too frequently. Dont move here.

No Security at night or front desk personnel.
