ABM Management Corporation

The attorney they use is the same guy who runs the management company. He may own it, I'm not sure. When I first moved into my co-op, the 3rd party auditors for my co-op had an office across the hallway from ABM. Something doesn't seem right here. They nickle and dimed me for every little thing they could. The fees to move in and out of my co-op cost thousands of dollars between their legal and office fees. They have a rude, nasty and unhelpful staff. I would stay away from this company at all costs. I audit co-ops for a living and have never dealt with a management company like this. I have no idea how they are still in business. I wish I could give them zero stars on here.

Stay away from ABM Management. The staff is rude, uninformed, and suspicious in the way they handle business. I have been trying to have an issue rectified in my apartment for over a month, and they have failed to provide any information on the matter. The staff answering the phones are dismissive and lazy - I thought it was just me, but then I read the other reviews...
