Abita View Apartments

It was horrible they have there dumpster in front of the apartments and they do not offer you trash pick up you have to bring your trash to the dumpster. the rent there is to much the mangers are not professional.you cannot do your patio the way you want to do it they will fine you for it it just was not a good experience.

Last apartment I stayed at changed air filters on a regular at no cost and it was cheaper to stay there. At Abita .. basically you gotta change your own filter, maintence work isn’t too bad .. 2 days max. Only downfall for me is the cost and the fact they don’t change filters…

I toured there and the woman grilled me on why I have two service dogs (with documentation) and chose to argue with me about it the whole tour. For a place that is known to be "pet friendly" I didn't agree. I won't even consider this place because of that. Also, when we went to tour, the whole place was flooded other than the building itself. And the "bark park" was very very small. No room for more than one small dog to run. It also took MONTHS of no responses to emails and phone calls and just randomly showing up one day to get a tour.

What a beautiful apartment complex! Apartments are huge with balconies. They have a big lake to fish in and even a dog park!

Been living here for since April and I absolutely love it here. Kept seeing the ad, went to check it out and knew immediately it was where I wanted to be. Sean the manager is absolutely fantastic! If there is any maintenance issues, they fix them usually same day. Apartments are in A1 condition. I've never had one issue here. Hands down best apartments I've ever stayed in! Middle finger to you first lake!!!!
