Abernathy Park Apartments

I haven't moved in yet. The apartments seems nice and my sister lives over there and she loves it. I'm not gone lie I'm scared reading these reviews. I hope I get what I looked at bc they are nice apartments the ones I saw. Megan was a sweetheart and showed me all the floor plans with no hesitation. Can't say anything bad 💞💞💞

I will never rent from this company again. They don’t care about their tenants. Cars continue to get breaker into every night. You get up in the morning to go to work & don’t know if your car going to be outside. I hate it here can’t wait until my lease is over. They don’t have no security but charge all this money for rent. Also be prepared for the roaches. They don’t come to spray like they suppose to but charge you for it every month smh. If you see good reviews please don’t believe that shit.

I have had a Blessed awareness year. The Lord has brought me though with good Saint in prayer for me. Their are good people in Jesus Christ, 🙏 Shout Out for life in him. I live out àt this Apt. Complex, it is nice, so is Staff. Thanks You.

Maintenance is the worst in history broken promises . Don’t hold up the end of there bargain. Water pressure is horrible. The office have tenants spying on other tenants. My sink fell in the kitchen on a Friday night the maintenance guy Rico told me he will come Saturday to fix it never showed up then told me they have a contractor that put the sinks in and I will have to wait until Monday to get it fixed how you have on site maintenance that can’t put a sink in. Then the sink wasn’t fixed until Tuesday morning. My air went out and I had to wait two days for it to get fix in the summer even though it was 85 degrees in my home but the moment your late for one month they are filing eviction. I will not be renewal a lease with this complex worst decision ever made.

Shoutout to Natalie, my leasing agent, for going above and beyond! When my car was stuck due to ice, she came out and helped shovel and salt so I could get out safely. Amazing service and genuinely caring. Thank you, Natalie!
