ABC Estates

I have a great experience living at ABC State Apartments. The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The management team is very professional and always helpful whenever there is a question or maintenance request.

Last minute decision I was in need of a solid apartment and found ABC Estates. Fair rent prices, great maintenance team, no parking issues, friendly neighbors, no issues in general! Washer and Dryer which coin access from office building, extra storage closest, good environment/area, easy access to stores! I have lived at ABC for almost a year and have had the best experience. My apartment feels so cozy, quiet, outside noise is even minimal. Marisa and Mike have been so helpful, I am very grateful for my living situation and the overall accommodations. Check ABC out!

I lived here for 3 years and am grateful to have been as lucky as I was to discover ABC Estates. It is quiet, has spacious rooms. And maintenance on site was great, Mike always fixed a problem ASAP. Marisa also is super responsive and always made sure my needs were met.

So grateful for our experience! Marissa and Mike have been wonderful. We paid for an apartment that was totally renovated and it honestly has surpassed all our expectations. This is a safe, clean, quiet, complex and these are quality buildings I never hear my neighbors. 5 stars, highly recommend!🙏

I love living here!!! I just signed my lease renewal, starting my third year here. Mike, from maintenance is always helpful and so quick to respond. Marisa, the landlord is so friendly and accommodating! Everything is clean, prices are great, I even have a garage and it is so spacious! I could not be happier here! I would recommend ABC to anyone!
