I would give a 0 or negative start if I could. The property has gone down the hill ever since the new management took charge. Unfortunately, the price did not. Not only the rent, but they have a well-hidden utilities fee that will add up to be an unprecedented fare to live in this place. Just ask how it works, and trust me, they will tell you they do not know the exact because its a third party but they will try to assure you that it is metered. I am not sure how you can meter trash, but do your due diligence and ask the right question. They will change their answer and say its by occupancy. Have trash or No trash at all for the month, Because you have been out on vacation or a business trip, you will have a hefty bill. We've been living here for four months and some unpleasant things have happened to us. First and foremost, there are people who pretend to be neighbors and come around 11 pm to 12 am knocking on your door saying they've had some kind of accident and want you to give them money. And be careful if you believe them because they will come back to bother you more times. We normally don't open the door to anyone we don't know, but we opened it on that occasion because we thought someone was going to pick up a package that had been left at our door. Secondly, regarding lost packages, the package delivery service is very BAD; packages are left in the middle of hallways, and packages are stolen or delivered to the wrong addresses. I have lived here for roughly two years and absolutely love it. It's a nice peaceful area and the office and maintenance staff are always great to work with. Maintenance issues are fairly infrequent in my experience, but any time I have needed maintenance for something they respond in a timely manner and are very professional. Parking here is easy and the Amazon lockers are super convenient. There are families that live here so you will hear children playing from time to time, but everything is generally very quiet at night and it's easy to get a good night's sleep. I feel lucky to have found this place for an affordable price!

Had an amazing tour today with Emily from the leasing office. She is so kind and knowledgeable! She was great in answering all our questions and showing us the floor plans we are interested in.

When we moved in 2022 the community was well kept and neighbors friendly and helpful. Since the original management left, things aren’t kept up as well: landscaping, dog park trash n recycling area, and you’ve gone through many maintenance people. Kenny seems to be the only person left but you may need to figure out why others are leaving (common factor-Kenny). Hailey and Emily are very helpful and eager to answer questions and get back to you same day or within 24 hrs. Recommend:double switch for bathroom, didn’t like the fan/light combo plus the fan is very loud. Ceiling fans in all rooms would be beneficial for air flow/circulation. Rent increased yearly $150-200 more. Would recommend due to quiet area, not much foot traffic, and best part Free parking.
