Whatever you do don’t move here make this your last resort!!! I applied here took them whole month to do my application process i kept calling they kept lying everyday saying they were going to call with an update almost 2 months of not hearing back from them!!! Still never heard anything back very UNPROFESSIONAL office people are very RUDE and all they do is LIE . Do not TRUST these people!!!!

I moved into this fairly new complex on 3/1/2023 and haven’t been able to enjoy all of the amenities of the complex.The pool hasn’t opened since I’ve been here yet every time I renew my lease my rent goes up.I’ve called the office several times in regards to this issue no one can tell me anything.I asked for the corporate office number and was told they don’t know the number to the corporate office.I regret signing my new lease 3 months ago in which I asked was the pool opening this year and was told yes.By the looks of it it’s not going to open this summer either.This is just ridiculous I shouldn’t have to pay to swimming elsewhere.

I stopped by this location and I was there in the area and wanted to get some information about these. The office staff was definitely willing to assist me. They even gave me a cup of coffee ☕️. It was a wonderful experience to get the necessary information needed when I asked about the apartments. I can say that the fitness center was on point. It allows you to go in at any time day or night 🌙. Which is a plus when work really pulls you in different ways. The pool looked refreshing but I wasn't dressed for it. The neighbors were eagered to give me their input on the location there. Oh and they accept pets. Just pay attention to there's also a laundry room. So honestly....You're definitely going to be at home once you make up your mind. The location is great to.....

The manager Charlotte's attitude is very nasty. She's unprofessional from the way she speaks to her tenants and carry herself. She's never in business attire. Charlotte does not represent the company well at all. I hear that she brings her problems to work and it shows. I've tried to come in for questions and to speak with her about issues that I've had in my aunt's apartment whom is a elderly disabled woman that I'm a care giver for. She's never there to help, assist, or explain. Her management skills are terrible. She's getting people in the units that she's friends with instead of helping families that really need help. Upper management please watch her closely and do an investigation on why she's not kind and courteous to the tenant's ,why is she always absent from work and why is she

Charlotte is crooked and needs to be thoroughly investigated. Lived there from August till May. She terminated my lease unfairly. My car was almost stolen from the property for lack of security. They literally terminated my lease because I was upset when my car was broken into. Mind you I lived in the front of the apartments literally. She’s definitely not professional or fit to be in managerial position. She also brings her work life to the job there. Evicted me for being upset about my car but argue with your husband on property and you don’t live there. Please fire her it would be in you guys best interest as a whole.
