Makayla was incredibly professional, friendly, and well-informed. During the property and apartment tour, she maintained an excellent pace and demonstrated impressive knowledge about every detail. Her outstanding customer service has genuinely made my decision a difficult one — in the best way. I haven’t made a final choice yet, but her professionalism and positive attitude have definitely set this property apart.

I had been apartment hunting for weeks when I found Abbington Place Apartments and knew immediately that my search was over. Not only did the staff, Makayla and Angela treat us like welcome family, the amenities are top notch (dog park, fire pit, coffee bar, pool, valet trash, car wash, gym, etc.) and the community was so friendly. They were thoughtful about my disability and actually contacted me when the unique opportunity of a newly remodeled handicap accessible apartment with stainless steel appliances opened up even after I agreed to a regular apartment. I plan on staying here a long time. 🩷

Makayla helped me throughout my entire transfer process. She responded quickly and answered any and all questions I had. I had to move suddenly and she helped me make the process smooth and quick. Very grateful for the office staffs help and am in love with my new home.

I moved in July 1 of 2025 when we first moved in there were some problems but maintenance came right in and fixed those problems. As we continue to live here, we started to notice a very foul smell. Called the office they sent out one of the maintenance guys specifically, his name is River (super sweet) He was able to identify where the smell was coming from, And immediately started working on how to get rid of it. By the next day, I had a brand new washer in my unit! The maintenance team here is absolutely phenomenal. Bradley, Cliff and River are an absolute joy to work with. Please understand this is just the maintenance team, the Office team is just as good. They really make you feel like you’re important. They’re super sweet and try to work with you as much as they can. I’m really glad

Do not move in!! The office staff will not do anything to help with noise complaints!! The people above us have there music so loud i can hear it through the floor over my TV, and are constantly sounding like they are jumping like they are treating the floor like a trampoline. Yet the only response we get about it is "sorry we don't have any policies about noise issues" and told me to just call the cops and probably create more problems just because they don't feel like dealing with it and doing their jobs.
