Abbey at Vista Ridge Apartments

I would strongly caution anyone considering living at Abbey at Vista Ridge. My experience has involved ongoing issues with maintenance, communication, and inconsistent enforcement of policies. During my tenancy, several maintenance requests were either improperly handled or not resolved, including pre-existing defects that were later charged to me at move-out. In addition, the parking system was changed with inadequate notice. Residents were expected to use new third-party systems (MyVIP vs R2Park), but access was not properly provided, instructions were contradictory, and the office was closed over a holiday weekend when compliance was required. This directly led to my vehicle being towed despite prior compliance in the resident portal. After move-out, I was billed for items that were

i haven’t been able to wash clothes in a month or so due to half the outlets not working, no resolution when maintenance. all they said was “we have to get with our boss bc it’s not working, be back”. i haven’t heard anything since. i had a dog off leash come attack my dog so i voiced that to management, they said “that dog comes into the office and seems nice.” i’ve had my vehicle broken into (which then led to my identity being stolen) and tried contacting property staff, no response. i’ve voiced concerns about the speed bumps ripping up the bottom of peoples cars, no response. management won’t acknowledge serious issues coming from their community, but i see they have no issue responding to every public review. so maybe they’ll reply to this

Moved from Pennsylvania to North Texas last year due to work relocation. Found this gem of an apartment complex down the street from the Mariott that I've been living out of for the past couple of years travelling for work. What a great professional management staff. My wife and I have loved living here over the past year. Great community, clean pool, nice gym, and awesome neighborhood. Extremely convenient location. The staff here made us feel right at home. Maintenance was also always on top of things whenever we had an issue. Can't say enough good things about the living environment here.

I recently had a terrible experience living at this apartment complex. I have been living here for the past 4 years. In the middle of the night, my car was stolen from the parking lot and later found totaled in an accident. To make matters worse, the security gate is frequently left wide open late at night, making it easy for anyone to enter. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and secure living environment. I had to pay a total of 500$ to get the car out of the towing company and about to spend thousands on repairs. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CAMERA FOOTAGE THE POLICE REQUESTED !!!!!! To think that I even renewed my lease 2 days before my car disappeared. To add insult to injury, they moved us to a so-called “renovated” apartment that turned out to be a disaste

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I could say a lot of bad things about this place but the worst thing is if you're late on your payment after the 4th they will charge you 10% of your rent as a late fee and if you're late within 6 months of move out and they want to renovate your apartment they will kick you out and not move you to another apartment. Only 1 Dumpster and 1 recycling. No parking. The microwave has been broken for 3 weeks and no one cares. Car alarms at all hours. If you aren't home when they come to spray for bugs then you don't get sprayed, even though they charge you for it. I spray my apartment. The complex has gotten increasingly more noisy since last year. I will happily be moving. Also, expect to pay for a pool you can't use. Labor Day weekend and the pool is closed because the pool i
