Aaron was great to work with -- responsive, proactive and really sought to understand our needs and worth with us. We liked our refi experience so much that we've referred a couple more friends to him. Be warned, you'll need to stay on top of his team once he hands your case off to a loan processor. We had a great experience with Nicole, but some of out friends had a much more challenging time with their process (where the loan processor was not responsive or clear in their requests). Anyway, it was a 5 star experience for me.

I kind of wasn’t interested in working with Wyndham at first...I’d never heard of them, and assumed my local connections would serve me better. Whoa, was I wrong! Out of nearly a dozen offers, Wyndham’s literally saved us thousands of dollars. They mean it when they say they have the lowest fees around! I loved the ability to submit documentation through a portal and having the visibility into the process. We received our closing documents ahead of time so we could read through everything in advance. A lot of it we could sign electronically which made the closing unbelievably fast, and with the added convenience of being able to close from our home at a time that was most convenient for us? I’ll never look back! Best experience I’ve had, it blew my 4 previous experiences out of the water!

I found Aaron and Wyndam through an online loan inquiry service (I think Quicken Loans). Wyndham quoted a great rate and low closing costs, and they followed up that same day with a call from a real person (whereas all the other inquiries followed with robocalls). I like the personal service from that first day, and they delivered all the way through with a simple (mostly online), fast and low cost loan. Thanks Aaron and Wyndham!
