Aaron Lake Apartments

We've lived here at Aaron Lake for about ten years, during which time the property was sold by a previous owner and acquired by Pedcor. Jessica Roberts and her team have been not only the best managers we've had since we've lived here, but the best of any other place we've lived, too. She is always friendly and has a kind word to say, is prompt with organizing maintenance requests, and is just an all-around wonderful person. In a twenty-seven year marriage, ten years is the longest we've stayed put in one place; this is that place. Thank you so much going the extra mile for us long-timers.

I love my home at Aaron lake apartments. I have been here going into two years and I haven’t had a single issue. Jessica is the manager here and she has made sure that all of my maintenance issues have been taken care of within a day. I’ve never lived anywhere that a manager cares so much and the maintenance team responds so quickly. You will never live in another apartment complex where your problems are taken seriously and dealt with almost immediately. It’s very comforting knowing I have a manager who cares and a maintenance team who responds quickly.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AARON LAKE APARTMENTS TO ANY PROSPECTIVE TENANTS. I've lived at Aaron Lakes for 2 years in building 4060 on the ground floor with views of the pond and fountain. During that time, I was extremely happy with "every" aspect of my apartment and the quiet Aaron Lake community. MOST ESPECIALLY, Jessica (the property manager) and Mo (the Grounds Supervisor) work very well together and do an EXCEPTIONAL job in responding to all tenant needs and questions. Quite often I would receive an email response from Jessica within an hour, and Mo would come right over to see what needs to be fixed or replaced. The landlord, Pedcor Company, does an excellent job of keeping the units updated and like new. They are not cheap landlords. Many items in my unit were replaced during the 2 year

Lived there for a year. It was my first apartment in Bradenton. It was adequate but it had a tiny closet in the bedroom. Kitchen appliances were nice. Three months after I left my apartment burned down due to excess lint in dryer vents. They still have not rebuilt.

I moved here almost a month ago now with my boyfriend. We are more than happy with this place! It's right off of Cortez but nicely tucked away from the busy traffic. The front office and maintenance are super helpful, and the apartment itself is very modern and nice. I'm very glad I found this apartment complex! The lake is beautiful as well, with lots of wildlife to see every day.
