Aaron helped me buy the most stunning new home in Seattle. I am still pinching myself! He was always available, knowledgeable and patient. The inherently rollercoaster process felt much less stressful than my previous, unsuccessful offers with other realtors. Aaron was in close communication with the seller and kept me up to date throughout. Thanks to his understanding of the aggressive Seattle housing market, he advised me wisely in the negotiations and got me the best possible deal.

Aaron is wonderful to work with. He really made an effort to understand and show us exactly what we were looking for in our new home. He was always flexible to work around our schedule, very patient, and would answer every questions we had in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and beyond. If there was something he didn't know, he would make sure he studied up on it so he could answer it for us. I got to witness first hand how he takes every obstacle as learning opportunity. It really would be an understatement to say that he goes above and beyond for his clients.

Aaron was wonderful to work with! He answered all of our questions thoroughly, walked us through the process, and truly worked overtime to make sure everything was going as it should. We very much enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone searching for a great realtor.

We started looking for a house to call ours back in fall of 2021 with not much hope that we would be successful knowing how competitive the market was.
