The new property manager in their Garland, tx apartments is rude, insensitive with tenants and while visiting there some tenants told me she is very mean. They gave their cars towed n then they give you the wrong address for tenants to go pick up their cars. While trying to help a friend retrieve her car they sendbys all over Dallas when the address was in Mesquite. When I inquired why I was told to leave the property. I have lived at one their properties for 3 years. The previous property manager Alicia was absolutely WONDERFUL! She was competent, kind, considerate, and compassionate. Prior to her leaving this property, I never had the unfortunate experience of dealing directly with AV Property management / “corporate”. Since Alicia has been gone, I have dealt with Selma, a lady who identifies herself as the regional, “corporate” property manager. My encounters with this individual can be described, at best, as discriminatory, petty, slanderous, ignorant, and unlawful. I have asked to speak with someone over this regional property manager; I hope whoever responds, conducts business with integrity, as Alicia did. The new management does not take responsibilities for any complaints made at Carriage House apartments in Arlington. They also have people working in the office that were in contact with someone with covid. mind you people are still dropping off rent and application fees to these people and no notice or precautions have been made. Corporate also will not reach out to you when you contact them regarding your complaints. I have been trying to reach someone for over a month. I know you received the messages because my office called me asking to appeal with me about my complaint to corporate. This is irresponsible as a company and business.

We leased an apartment from AVPM (Ashleye Village) without being able to view the actual apartment - so we viewed a 1 bedroom that was supposed to be the same. There were 2 major discrepancies (about the floors and balcony) in what we were told about the apartment and there was nothing we could do after signing the lease. We were told all maintenance requests were handled within 48 hours and that there was a 24 hour line for emergency requests. Two weeks after moving in we submitted a maintenance request online and via voicemail about our AC not working properly. A V Property Management Corporation is the worst company to ever do business with. I lived at a property in Lewisville, TX (Willow Ridge). The management and property was horrible. I rented here from September 2017-July 2018. While residing there, we complained to management about the maintenance issues we had since the move in date and nothing got fixed. We eventually had to contact the City of Lewisville to do an inspection of our unit where they agreed we were living in unsafe living conditions and demanded the property to fix the unit!
