When we moved in, there were a couple of small things that needed attention, and the moment I submitted a request, they had someone over right away to take care of everything. They’re quick, kind, and so on top of maintenance. Me and the kidoz love our new home — it’s beautiful, peaceful, and such a blessing for me and my five children. The home is cozy clean and up-to-date. The backyard is wonderful, and we’re settling in so well. The only challenge for me has been not being able to have a trampoline. As a mom of five, I really wanted to set up a safe one with a net, but I completely understand their reasoning — safety comes

Dan was fabulous after the big windstorm last Friday afternoon. He offered resources to help us get the fallen tree off the house roof quickly, tracking progress with us to make sure the key work was completed that night. Tree is gone, roof is whole! Whew.

This is my second review. The house we rented was dirty,stinky and not ready for new tenants. After many phone calls and emails some of the problems were addressed. New carpet was installed over a month after moving in. That's great but it meant we were not able to really move our possessions in the house from the garage until the carpet was replaced. We were told that the home would be cleaned. Never happened. The oven was not cleaned prior to our move in. Window sills have dead flies in them. Still a bad smell (mold) in the kitchen. Floors are filthy. I was told property management would discuss with owners a rent credit for all the inconveniences. I haven't heard back from superior Property management since November 28th. Very disappointed 😞 😔
