Some communities appear to have issues with there property management companies. A.R. Choice however, an exception. The staff is essy to contact and is very responsive. I had a problem with the irrigation system flooding my pool deck. They (Niclle), coordinated with the service provider and had the issue resolved within 24 hours . Nicole and A.R. are among the best!

I definitely have to give Nichole Foley a 5 star review. Every time I’ve contacted AR Choice with a question or need help, Nichole has always answered the call, answered my question or took the time to resolve my issue right then. I appreciate Nichole’s help and great customer service. Shout out to Patty today as well for her help, she replied to an issue ,then she took the time to research and reply back with an update.

Unethical prop mgt company -- once AR Choice took over administrative duties, it quickly began to dismantle the very activities that unified our association, those that enabled us to come together as a community. It's goal: to deter any dissent and to make itself so indispensable that firing becomes impractical. This trade-off mighta been ok if ARC did a good job - but once its control was secure, it became less engaged and ignored preventive maintenance schedules designed to minimize our overhead and long-term capital expenses. They also sent abusive emails to our entire association that were downright offensive.
