The brokers realtor was on the sellers side of the home we just bought. Communication was legitimately atrocious, unclear, and they pulled a fast one (or a few...) on us 48 hours before we closed with this seller. If I could give less of a 1 star review, I would. If you are looking to sell with this broker I'd suggest looking elsewhere. I ended up having to reach out to the seller directly in most cases. -500 out of 10.

This broker made a mistake and tried to turn it around on my agent when the proof is right in the pudding. My wife and I submitted the offer on 9/20 as they listed "best and final due 9/22." We submitted all of the documents showing that our LLC was purchasing the home. Less than 72 hours after best and final was due, they notified us to let us know that they accepted our offer and we were about $2k higher than the runner up. This morning they contacted us to tell us that we shouldn't have submitted the offer as an LLC which is NOT TRUE AT ALL. They are actually the ones who shouldn't have accepted it when they did and now they are being unethical by pulling the rug from us. Is there any other outlets to report this possible real estate broker fraud to besides the ones I already am doing

The personnel at this office, specifically Monica, Mimi and Steve, are first class. Professional, sincerely interested in their clientele and prospective buyers, cooperative and non-pushy characterize how this realty firm does business. If given the opportunity to employ Falciani Realty's services, you can't go wrong.

I was not satisfied with the service I received. You may have a different out come.
