A Country Place Apartments

My experience was great. We went for a tour to check the apartments and since we got to the office, Sofia & Rebecca were really nice to us. They explained us the process to get into an apartment to the point where we didn't have any doubt about it. In the way to the apartment that we liked the most, we met the maintenance guys. William and Ramon, both joined us and we were taught how to set the thermostat for the ac/ heater unit and the best way to use the appliances. We want to thanks the team for all the attentions and the wonderful experience.

I have lived at Country place for many years now. Even transferred units. And have been pleased with the management. Rebecca has always helped me with getting my MoneyGram account paper each month.she always has a Smile on her face when I come into the office. I got to meet the Manager Sofia. So charming she asked if I needed anything just ask or enter in resident portal . She could assist. I greatly appreciate this. It's nice to have such attentive office personal.

I moved here around April And I never been so happier! Price was One of the main reasons I moved here for! it’s on the cheaper end for a pretty great apartment! Never lived in a place where maintenance was on top of everything. Every time I call them, they came right away. Plus, the office has some great people, Sophia and Rebecca. Rebecca was one of the first person I met and she earned my respect. She knows how to talk to people and she will do anything to try and help. Sophie was a brilliant girl she always knew the answer to your question and if not, she will make sure to give you an answer right away. Again, this place was unbeatable. I’m sad that I have to move but once I come back to Austin. This is where I’m coming to.!

I have lived at A Country Place since 2021. The office staff has always been very helpful. Rebeca in the office always helps me when I need to help getting a change of license plate. She is súper helpful in making sure the resident cars dont get towed. The maintenace William is attentive to our work orders and does a clean Job . Very peleases with My aptartments.

Hi, my name is Grant Mckenzie. I live at a country place for about four years now and whoever is placing comments about Rebecca doing a bad job and that she’s a real person. They’re a liar. Rebecca has always helped me and my daughter need whether it came towards the apartment or my personal life and she is a wonderful person And the person that is leaving these rude comments doesn’t even live here anymore. They’re just harassing her so whatever y’all see that’s bad about this apartment complex that is a lie. These are great people and they will accommodate you and take real good care of you. You all.
