I moved from another state, the tour was the first fraudulent aspect The tub continues to fill with feces, then water leaked through every room. I’ve been moved 4 times due to maintenance issues. Now I haven’t had ac for a month. The office told me to email no response. But on the 6 they send emails about eviction but never respond to maintenance issues. I’ve been on time and never got frustrated until I felt why pay when I can’t even stay in the apartment at temp 81 degrees. All i wanted was a safe, livable clean apartment for me & my son. I got hell but I’ll fight because apparently no one fights that why they continue to treat hard working tenants so poorly. Never move her.

I am a current resident at the Crillon Apartments on North Foster Drive. Gerome does an excellent job with ALL of his maintenance duies. He's an expert with all of his duties and always has a very positive attitude. He's a very valuable employee! PLease give him a deserving raise. Thank you!

This company is the definition of unprofessionalism. The moment this property switched over to their management ( Kenilworth Ridge Apt), I knew it was going to be a road straight downhill — especially after they picked up The Hive. That told me everything I needed to know about where their priorities are. Respect, communication, and professionalism go a long way, but this company lacks all three. Communication was careless, responses were dismissive, and there was absolutely no sense of urgency or customer care. They don’t work with residents in any capacity — you could be dealing with a crisis as serious as a child on their death bed, and they still wouldn’t care. They have been so easy to work with and respond fast. The tour was great and I love the townhome. Everything was updated inside and Eva Pierce was very sweet and informational. Everything has been great so far.
